Wont allow you to input coupon codes before ordering ... therefore, its worthless for its intended purposes.

Tried to use it. Its a disaster. Forget it. Go home and use your PC instead.

Im not sure why the negative reviews. This is the first time I have downloaded and used the app. I found the closest store, ordered a pizza, and paid all through the app. It was ready before the time I specified.

Try again...

Half the time its broken and wont allow an order to be placed. And even when working the interface is not user friendly or intuitive.

I sincerely hope the developers can get the crashing bugs worked out, because if it werent for them, this has a fantastic and easy-to-use interface. However, the app is guaranteed to crash every time I try to customize a pizza. If you can never finish your order, whats the point?

I have an account at papamurphys.com. This APP refuses to log me in using the credentials from that account; yet when trying to "Signup" it tells me an account with that email address already exists. When trying to reset the password whether by email or using the website, its always successful when using the NEW password on the website but never within this stupid app. Its like they synch the account settings for their website and this app once a year whether it needs synching or not!! Makes one have a complete lack of confidence in this companys IT department. I hate silly apps like this. If I ever do buy another pizza from you guys, Ill use cash. Their ecommerce and in-store POS payment systems are probably just as "buggy"!!!!!!!!

I can log in to my account from a web browser running on my phone, but not from this app. Someone really ought to do a light QA on this app before publishing it...

I used this app previously with success but recently ordered from a local papa murphys. I entered my credit info, pressed confirm button, sent someone to pick it up and lo and behold, it did not work. Verified it was not billed on my bank. Re-tried through the app to send payment, confirmed it again, no notice of problem. Still did not work. The workers at the local papa murphys didnt know how to take credit info via phone. So cancelled order. Went online on computer and ordered from their website and all went through just fine (except I went to a different papa murphys b/c it annoyed me so much that the one could not process payment via telephone...bad enough the app did not work but that the human being also couldnt do it. Aargh!)

I have to reset my password every single time I try to use this app to place an order. Be careful too because the app will accept orders when the store is closed. I had to go back to the store to get a refund issued. I used to love Papa Murphys, but this app was such a miserable failure that so wrecked how I feel about them that Ill never go back.

After receiving an email from Papa Murphys that the login issue was fixed... NOT. Login still fails. Dont waste your time with the app, just go to the website to order online. At least that will let you login.

Good interface and potential, but if you cant get to your account whats the point? Do dev ops even read these?

This app shouldnt even be allowed in the App Store. Doesnt work for payments at all. Its a disaster. Dont waste your time trying to deal with it.

App wont accept my password. How do I know the password is good? It works on the web site. How do I know Im not screwing up the password? Because it gets copied from my password manager.
