App couldnt find our closest store, even though I know exactly where it is. Waste of time.

Lots of "dont give this a bad review because its still new" excuses in the reviews from employees. Dont release an app if it doesnt work. Why on Earth should we excuse a non-functional, incomplete app because its new?

My store gives option to use online ordering but when I get to payment section and input credit card, it says the site isnt working and to contact technical assistance. Im on a iPhone 6.

You dont have to be first with a pizza app...just good. You should have invested the extra $200 an hour to hire a UX kid to tell you that you can not apply your $2 discount on line....a gap. Wow...that was fast. Downloaded and deleted within 4 minutes.

Yeah it may be a brand new app but seems like it was designed for the iPhone 5. Needs major work, and I didnt even get past the home screen. Will try it again later.

The app doesnt even show a store in my town Cortez CO and my family have visited this place for lots of times so the App was lying

I installed the app and tried to place an order,but it would keep telling me to contact technical support.Also it doesnt discount items on sale at checkout.Papa Murphys should really beta test this stuff before releasing it to the public,as it makes them look like amateurs.

Looks terrible on the iPad. How hard is it to have pricing and ingredients on the same page?

Cant order a medium. Can split toppings into quarters or thirds on the pizza pie. Essentially worthless to me. Employees giving this app a 5 star rating not helping this app one bit :(

You cant order a half and half pizza. Without that functionality I cannot use it.

It was worth a try getting this app, but it doesnt work. The website is hardly better either. The orders dont process immediately like they should. Youre better off calling into the store and ordering like old times.

I ordered pizza and picked it up the next day as ordered. I had no problems. I liked the discount for ordering online. I wondered why there was a $1 extra charge added to the cost of the pizza. Is it a service charge? If so, it should say its a service charge.

Only reason I downloaded it was to use the online discount code. Not only is there never any place to put in a code, but we tried three different local locations and it wouldnt order at ANY one of them. Now you MAY be thinking, okay so they were supposed to order on the website. It wouldnt even say the store was OPEN. Needs a serious re-evaluation, its not ready to be available to download. Love the pizza, and there are some nice ideas for the app. But it isnt even USABLE at this point.

Cant order pizza if The app wont save my payment options. I input two different Visa cards with expiration dates and the save button remains "greyed out."

I tried the app in part because a poster at the store promised 25% off. I also enjoy a military discount at the store... So I was shocked to have paid full price $37 for 2 pizzas and a salad. I would hope that I could have my veteran status attached to my profile. Last, I scanned all the categories... Jalapeños dont show up as a topping? I think they are a vegetable LOL Please keep up the good work- a great app sb part of the great Papa Murphys pizza experience

Seriously the most incomplete, dis functional and irritating app Ive ever attempted to use. Is having an app really worth losing customers?

Was able to download the app, create an account, make a future order, and add a discount code within five minutes. Easy to use and much simpler than any other pizza app. Loved that there werent constant "add this" pop-ups like other pizza apps seem to have!

Its a good start but it is not yet ready and still a little glitchy! It doesnt recognize 1/2 pizzas so when you go to check out it says to confirm your discounted price then charges you full price to your card. I asked the store to fix it when roommate came to pick it up and they charged her another $12.00! So now I have two charges one for $12 and one for $18! Must be one good pizza for $30! Either way, I think they will get there and Im sure eventually I will get my $18 dollars back but for now I will not be using the app till there have been a few updates!

Needs place to enter the coupon code.

I installed spoon phone and set up an account in a snap. Ordering what I wanted super. Walked in to store 15min later I gave my name I was handed my pizza. Simple as that. I loved it.
