Can't sign on to mobile app. Id and password works fine from Windows, but always get an error message in mobile app asking me to contact technical support. Appears to have something to do with checking the Privacy Policy and Relevant Mobile check boxes when initially logging in.

For the past month, app will not send order. I have all of my favorites saved, but if you cant send in the order, what good is it? Fix it.

Liked it until I went to enter my debit card for payment. Just sat there. The submit button was not available to click. Annoying.

Same numerous complaints as others. Lots of " this can be done on the app but not on website and vice versa". Appears designed by techs not end users. Honestly, website not that much better. Love the pizza - if on sale, otherwise its overpriced. If i gave much more feedback, Id send a bill, thats what i get paid for as an analyst. Good luck.

Simple enough... Think about how you would use this... We live in a busy life, we usually do not have the luxury of scheduling a pickup in advance. I can pickup the phone and place an order and pickup my pizzas 10 minutes later (if there is no line), but with the app, the SOONEST I can schedule is 45 minutes out. Meanwhile, the employees are not busy and could have made the order. Give us the same options we would have on phone. "ASAP", or "NOW". Trying to schedule in advance AND in 15 minute increments is kinda silly and only imposes a bottleneck at your store every 15 minutes. Also... No one who uses coupons (uh, 95% of your customers?) will be interested in paying with this app, if you MUST pay full price. DUH.

Overpaid for my pizza since I could not use the coupons that come with each prior pizza. Store could not assist except to say dont use the app. Im deleting this app now, never to try again. Useless unless you like always paying top dollar.

of Papa Murphys "privacy" policy. Im deleting this app immediately as it is THE MOST INVASIVE APP that I have ever seen for something as mundane as food service. Even if you take the (evasive) coupons into account it is STILL NOT WORTH IT. that being said, their pizzas are still the best in my general area. This app just isnt . . . Live well, my friends. Unfortunately I cannot use the app, as my login I made online doesnt work on the app.

After signing up and inputting my credit card information the app would not work. It said there was a problem with my account and password so I hit "forgot password" and it just said theres a problem with your account -contact tech. I have emailed tech three times and have had no response. Im beginning to worry that this is a scam and now they have my credit card information. Beware!

I cannot login using the credentials I created on the website, rendering the app unusable. Please fix!

I created an account and cannot log in. It says there is a problem. Yet it works just find on the Internet. Hire a real app developer and get this to work!!!

I not a fan of this app! I tried ordering online and it was such a pain, I had to download this app. Both are horrible wastes of time. It took so long to get through the app , my 30 minute expected time changed to an hour. All for a stupid texted coupon. I wish I had just called the store, they always get it right and never waste my time. Spent 20-25 minutes and still have to wait another hour? Deleting this app as soon as I pick up my pizza. I ordered almost 12 pizzas a month.

Constant pain to login. It sometimes forgets your password and always lists your security question as "blank" and wont accept the security answer. When it will let you log on it always says "store not responding" irregardless on which store I pick. Have never been able to actually order anything. Too bad since they constantly text me good offers

I used this app once and fully appreciated the convenience. I dread using the phone - calling waiting to be helped and going over everything twice. The convenience of an app solves these annoyances when it works but this one doesnt. It allows me to spend my time creating an order going through all the details and prompts including payment, only to fail in the end time and time again. Its as if it is rigged to fail but they dont want to bother telling us. When I complain to the staff they apologize sincerely as if they know its a problem but theres nothing they can do about it. Get it together or get rid of it but dont waste our time!

Tried to use PMs website (which Ive used successfully before), but there was a glitch. Called the store, and they recommended downloading the app. Downloaded the app and couldnt log in no matter how careful I was in entering my email and password. Also tried checking out as a "Guest," but could see there was nowhere to enter a coupon code. This app is as bad as their website-both need LOTS of work. Ended up calling back to the store, explaining my dilemma, and ordering by phone. They were kind enough to count it as an online order and applied the coupon code. Lots of hassle for a pizza!

Corporate folks read these reviews & fix the problems people are having. Im not willing to give my personal & financial info when the app is so atrocious. The local store is great, so lll just order in person until the app works.

Tried to use this but it charged me the wrong amount and I couldnt even tell if the order and had been received. Papa Murphys pizza is terrific, the app is lousy.

Unfortunately, this app is unusable as of this current version. It looks nice, but it wont let me login. First it threw wrong password notices at me and I triple checked my info carefully, but my info was correct. Then it started telling me there was an error and that I should contact customer support. I thought "forget it" and ordered directly from their website, which has some irritating quirks as well, but I managed to check out successfully. By the way, entering a 50% off coupon knocked off less than 50% and even though the coupon applied, it told me it didnt down at the entry area. What a mess! *Update* I successfully contacted Papa Murphys customer support. They told me that I would need to create a separate account (with a different email!) in order to log into the app, and that they hoped to get the web and app accounts merged at some point. If you already have an online account with them, dont bother with this app, just use their website.
