Incomplete Menu Selection Incomplete toppings list I cannot order what I normally buy. Nice idea, but the app is incomplete.

Ordered our pizzas just fine. When I got to the store to pick them up I noticed the banners hanging saying my pizzas were $3 less each than I was charged. I asked and was told sorry we cant change what you were charged. Really?!?! Other pizza apps change pricing to include sale pricing! Not sure Im going to do this again.

Will not let me log in. Gives error message that username or password is wrong. Ive tried resetting password on the web site and have deleted & reinstalled the app. Complete waste of time.

The app does not have an option to add jalapeños to your order, I have to add them with the "special instructions" pad on the bottom, and then they arent added into the total. The whole process is tedious.

Everythings fine with the app, except theres no where to enter a coupon code. Whats up?? If you can call on the phone and have to talk to some bozo kid to place an order without giving your credit card info, why cant you do it on the app then just pay in the store AND USE A COUPON?? This is really an embarrassment for anyone with a brain in the Company that designed or approved how this app works!

Wow. This is a really bad app. It is very un-user friendly. You have to go through the ENTIRE menu to make it to the area to make your own pizza. If you order from a computer you can actually customize the sauce and cheese - more sauce, less cheese, etc.,. No, not gonna happen with the app.

This was easy to set up and very intuitive to navigate, UNTIL I tried to order extra cheese on my pizza. This is pizza basics. Please fix!

I have to reset my password every single time I try to use this app to place an order. Be careful too because the app will accept orders when the store is closed. I had to go back to the store to get a refund issued. I used to love Papa Murphys, but this app was such a miserable failure that so wrecked how I feel about them that Ill never go back.

This is the third time I have given the app a try over the years. NEVER has it worked. Should I be surprised when ordering via the website never works either. Just once Id like to mobile order, grab, and go. More likely, I will just go. The convenience and not the quality is the draw and when the convenience is gone, so am I.

No issues logging in on web, but mobile app refuses to login with the same credentials. Needless to say, this app is a total fail. Have been patient and retried mobile login for the last 4 weeks, no love yet. Hoping they fix this, I order weekly and often browser access is not always possible.

Dont hate on the app because its new? Hahah ! Foh...why release the app if it isnt even ready?

When you order, it asks for a time to have it ready. Heres the problem, if its 11:00, it wont let you set a time before 12:00. This is annoying. Today, I used the app, put in the time to have it ready & 35 minutes later it wasnt ready & I had to wait anyway because you guessed it, I was there too early. I told the guy I would have put in for an earlier time is the app let me. I should be able to put NOW in for a time. This needs to be fixed.

Trying to order for the 1st time. It tells me my email or password are wrong. Why release an app if its crap?? Cant order on their website either- it just circles. Guess Im going to papa johns...

Wow, I could not even log in and user experience seemed terrible even if I could. You guys pushed this out too soon!

Only giving two stars since it currently is useless to me. You cant order a medium size through the app ( only large and family). Looking through past comments, I see that this has been brought up months ago, yet still no fix!

Can login to the website but app says there was a technical problem every time.
