Im not sure why the negative reviews. This is the first time I have downloaded and used the app. I found the closest store, ordered a pizza, and paid all through the app. It was ready before the time I specified.
Worked perfectly for me The initial setup was easy enough but could be better, otherwise great!
I also dont understand all the negative reviews. It worked fine for me. Order was ready when I got there and I was 5 minutes early. They encouraged me to write a review online which I did as well.

Some bad moments

Can't sign on to mobile app. Id and password works fine from Windows, but always get an error message in mobile app asking me to contact technical support. Appears to have something to do with checking the Privacy Policy and Relevant Mobile check boxes when initially logging in.
For the past month, app will not send order. I have all of my favorites saved, but if you cant send in the order, what good is it? Fix it.
Liked it until I went to enter my debit card for payment. Just sat there. The submit button was not available to click. Annoying.
Same numerous complaints as others. Lots of " this can be done on the app but not on website and vice versa". Appears designed by techs not end users. Honestly, website not that much better. Love the pizza - if on sale, otherwise its overpriced. If i gave much more feedback, Id send a bill, thats what i get paid for as an analyst. Good luck.
Simple enough... Think about how you would use this... We live in a busy life, we usually do not have the luxury of scheduling a pickup in advance. I can pickup the phone and place an order and pickup my pizzas 10 minutes later (if there is no line), but with the app, the SOONEST I can schedule is 45 minutes out. Meanwhile, the employees are not busy and could have made the order. Give us the same options we would have on phone. "ASAP", or "NOW". Trying to schedule in advance AND in 15 minute increments is kinda silly and only imposes a bottleneck at your store every 15 minutes. Also... No one who uses coupons (uh, 95% of your customers?) will be interested in paying with this app, if you MUST pay full price. DUH.
Overpaid for my pizza since I could not use the coupons that come with each prior pizza. Store could not assist except to say dont use the app. Im deleting this app now, never to try again. Useless unless you like always paying top dollar.
