Honestly I didnt even get paste the point of signing in as a "guest". The amount of information they are asking would take more time to enter than if I just walked in and paid for the pizza Papa Murphy please rethink your strategy here...

Total waste of time. False advertisement, there specials are impossible to order. Only buy their pizza on Tuesdays and freeze fir Sundays. Or just pay their high price.

Set up an account, then tried on my phone. Didnt recognize what I had just done. Needs a lot of work. Maybe Ill use it after they make it usable

I never write reviews but I am so frustrated. I try to use this app every week but receive an error message stating to call customer support every time I try to log in!!!! I know my ID and password is correct. I entered all of the info for my huge order then it wont let me order. The papa murphys store wont give me the online discounts when the app and website dont work. Will you fix this already? When it did actually work one time it told me that it didnt. So I went to the store and ordered. I had two transactions on my debit card the next day one from this app when it said it had failed. The store treated me like a convict when I asked them. Like I was running some kind of scam. Just fix the login and fix the actual part where you place the order because this app is not only useless but a complete waste of valuable time and patience.

Its Wednesday at 7:55pm, stores are open, but I cant choose today. Huge waste of time

This app needs a major update. Believe me, we do not want to give it low ratings but its the only way to bring attention to it & get if fixed. The pizza is awesome, I love it, but I want to be able to use the app so I can get my points. If the overall rating of the app is 1 star, it has to be a problem. Come on, fix this!

I also dont understand all the negative reviews. It worked fine for me. Order was ready when I got there and I was 5 minutes early. They encouraged me to write a review online which I did as well.

So - Papa Murphys does a ton of specials with their local stores. If you use the app - you cant use any of the specials or coupons. So this app coat me $10 today. Will never use again!

Odd that you cant order a medium pizza. Why in the world would you make it necessary to call the restaurant for some items, and make others available on the app?

Horrible loading times. Wont accept credit cards even though they are valid. Needs work

I put in an order at noon for a pick up at 5:45 PM. I still had to wait 20 minutes to get my pizza with everybody else who had just put their orders in. Absolutely no advantage to using this app. I couldnt leave because I had already paid.

All I need is integrated payment and I would give this app the fifth star.

To whoever built this app.. 1) you realize you are already behind? Right? it is 2016 for the love of god 2) user interface is horrible, we get emails that if we order online or using the app, the price is 50% off but the reality is we cant even use this stoopid app! 3) no freakin excuses, it is 2016, and your stores are everywhere, get it right

I didnt grant access to my location services, so if I try to do a zip code search to order a pizza nothing comes up, even tho there are three PMs in my area. Seems to want to force you to use location services, I dont agree with that at all

There is no point to this app if I cant place an order online.

The app doesnt have the gluten-free crust for some reason, so its useless to me.

I like the app but it needs more work. I am not able to choose a medium size pizza. I like to have light sauce and there was not an option for that either.

The order process was easy. Finding locations also easy. However it could not be submitted without me inputting my credit card. I opted not to order as I want to minimize my exposure with the card. When I call in an order no card is required, so whats up?

Takes some work getting through an order. Doesnt flow well from step to step. Once I click the boxes theres no next button. Accidentally doubled my toppings thinking I had to select every topping. Could just have one topping list with quantity selectors rather than "included" and additional. Figured it out eventually. Needs an accurate running price tally as you add ingredients so you can see your price increasing and avoid going back through when the price scares you

The app is still new, Not all items are on the app. Our teams are still working on this. Please just give it some time. Also the stores that dont offer online ordering wont pop up on ordering online. However it will give you the phone number. There are deals specifically for online ordering. We do send out coupons for in store purchases. Its just like any other online ordering.
