Doesnt work for payment

I used this app previously with success but recently ordered from a local papa murphys. I entered my credit info, pressed confirm button, sent someone to pick it up and lo and behold, it did not work. Verified it was not billed on my bank. Re-tried through the app to send payment, confirmed it again, no notice of problem. Still did not work. The workers at the local papa murphys didnt know how to take credit info via phone. So cancelled order. Went online on computer and ordered from their website and all went through just fine (except I went to a different papa murphys b/c it annoyed me so much that the one could not process payment via telephone...bad enough the app did not work but that the human being also couldnt do it. Aargh!)
