Fraught with problems

Tried to use PMs website (which Ive used successfully before), but there was a glitch. Called the store, and they recommended downloading the app. Downloaded the app and couldnt log in no matter how careful I was in entering my email and password. Also tried checking out as a "Guest," but could see there was nowhere to enter a coupon code. This app is as bad as their website-both need LOTS of work. Ended up calling back to the store, explaining my dilemma, and ordering by phone. They were kind enough to count it as an online order and applied the coupon code. Lots of hassle for a pizza!
