App a scam??

After signing up and inputting my credit card information the app would not work. It said there was a problem with my account and password so I hit "forgot password" and it just said theres a problem with your account -contact tech. I have emailed tech three times and have had no response. Im beginning to worry that this is a scam and now they have my credit card information. Beware!
